The 2018 Accord’s spacious interior actually gained 2.5 inches of legroom for rear occupants compared to last year’s model. It’s also loaded up with some of the most advanced technology available on the market including the Honda Sensing® safety package. Standard equipment under the hood of the 2018 Accord is a 1.5L engine. This power plant delivers 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft torque. There’s also a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that replaces the outgoing V6 option on the Accord. This configuration will increase the 2018 Accord’s horsepower to 252 and torque to 273 lb-ft.
